It is more about a soldier's struggle to deal with his duties. I will not criticize the author for his views on the army and the war itself, but the book really sheds little light on the war. The author is an artist educated at Columbus College|About the Author|Geoffrey Frankel enlisted in the US Army in September 1988 and was trained as a medic.
